Simply Artistic 6:16:00 PM
At first when I watched the first 2 minutes I was like WTF is this? But, then as I stated to watch it more I looked at the film in a more artistic way and thought this was such a dope short film. I'm glad I watched this I think Kanye & Spike Jonze (the director of this and Where The Wild Things are) did a good job. *tips hat* Special Props to the homies at 2DopeBoyz.In the film, Kanye plays himself drunk at a club acting belligerent and boastful, telling starstruck club-goers that the song playing in the club is his. He wanders into a side room where he encounters a beautiful woman. They start having sex and then he passes out on her leopard print dress. When he comes to, he finds himself in the VIP room with his pants down – he was hallucinating and fucking the pillow. The realization startles him and he rushes to the bathroom where he vomits what look like rose petals. Then it gets weird.Kanye finds a bowie knife in the bathroom and cuts into his stomach, spilling a torrent of more petals. He digs in the knife deeper and then with his hand rips out a small furry rodent, like a demon, only its quite cute. When Kanye realizes it’s connected to him with an umbilical cord, he pulls it hard, ripping it out of him for good. He then puts the demon on the sink and hands him a tiny bowie knife to fit the critter’s scale who then uses it to commit hari kari.

Kanye West's Glow In The Dark Book 10:55:00 PM
THIS IS THE PHOTO BOOK FROM THE GLOW IN DARK TOUR. NABIL CAPTURED THE EXPERIENCE LIKE CRAZY! WHEN I LOOK AT THE PHOTOS IT BRINGS ME RIGHT BACK TO THAT TIME! IT’S VERY EMOTIONAL FOR ME BECAUSE I DIDN’T WANT TO HAVE TO TOUR BUT MY PAIN BROUGHT MY GREATEST CREATION TO DATE. THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY WHO CAME TO THE SHOWS AND EXPERIENCED THIS MOMENT IN TIME WITH ME!
– Kanye West
I don't know about ya'll and how much ya'll hate Kanye by now but I heard the tour was FIRE! If I was rich enough to reach the price point ($50) then I would get it. Anyway, check out a couple pictures I uploaded from his site.

"I Want to Tell Stories That People Can Relate to..." 5:21:00 PM
“At the end of the day, one of the biggest things I’ve been toying with on Thank Me Later is that it’s kind of hard for me to come out and be like, ‘I’m still the underdog,’ ” Drake told Mixtape Daily. “I can’t rap about the same things [as I did] on So Far Gone, so it’s just really trying to tell the greatest story that’s never been told, which is the story of a rapper’s come-up, and tell it without being corny or over bragging or sounding like, ‘Feel sorry for me.’ It’s going to be a very interesting record because I’m really going to have to dig deep and tell stories that people can relate to. But it’s kind of hard, because my life is at a very different place now.“I’m excited for next year, and I got some great records coming out with people too,” the #3 Hottest MC in the Game added. “I got little projects on the horizon that I’m doing just for the people, to give people the free music that I’ve been known to give. I’m just going to keep up with being Drake. That’s it.”By “free music,” does Drake mean he’ll be doing another mixtape?“Yep, definitely a possibility,” he said with a chuckle. “I’m working every day, and I know the requests. I get all the requests like, ‘Oh, we can’t wait to hear you and Jay spit together, and we need another mixtape.’ I mean, I listen to the people, and there’s just consistent requests that come my way almost every day or every other day. With that said, sometimes you have to listen to them and give them what they want. So, that’s my goal.’
I really don't know what to expect with this album to be honest. I like how with every mixtape he has gotten deeper and deeper and deeper with the emotion in his music. But, I do notice that when most people go mainstream... they tend to lose that feeling and emotion in their music. Some people still got it, in my opinion. Like... Jay-Z's "Reasonable Doubt", "The Blueprint", and especially "American Gangster". Maybe KiD CuDi's Debut "Man on the Moon: The End of Day." Or a clear example is how Lupe Fiasco went from his first album to his second Album "The Cool" which is very noticeably darker. Even Lil' Wayne's "I'm Me." But that's just what I am saying. Comment and Thank me later.

"So I'm Gonna Say Good Night to You..." 11:55:00 AM

I am really surprised I didn't do a post on Mos Def or at least something including him yet, and I don't really listen to his music but I love the way he does this hook on Kanye song "Good Night." Thank me later.

This Video's A Little "So Far Gone" 8:18:00 PM
I really don't know about this video. Like, I like that they had LeBron in it and everything but most of video felt confusing like Drake's verse in the video had multiple layers of him saying his verse on screen while flames where going straight up in the air. Or like Kanye's verse which had blaring sparks and flames flying everywhere in the background. I am not saying the video was horrible but I am saying it was so distracting you couldn't focus on the track. Anyway, what's your opinions?

KiD CuDi's Day ‘N Nite (Crookers Remix Video) 8:35:00 PM
In April of 2008, directing duo BBGUN - Alex Bergman and Maxim Bohichik - directed the original Day ‘N’ Nite video for an unsigned Kid Cudi with a budget of only $250 of their own money. Since then, BBGUN has directed music videos for artists including The Roots, Fabolous, J. Cole, and Busta Rhymes. This is guy who directed his first video? I hated the first video, he has really stepped his game up since then... practice makes perfect.

Kanye West x Young Jeezy x KiD CuDi├ O2 Wireless Festival 1:08:00 AM
Why is it that most (basically all) London Concerts are better than the American Ones!? Well anyway, I spotted this at 2dopeboyz and thought these performances where hot from Kid Cudi, Kanye Yeezy, and Jeezy specifically, and also the fact that I love these songs. Below is more from KiD CuDi & Jeezy... just said.

Just Amazing 10:57:00 AM
Drake has definitely recruited himself a bunch of basketball players big chested, flexible women for his team. 1:20 mark… says it all. And I couldn’t stop laughing at Trey Songz & Fab’s Craig & Smokey impression at 3:13, lmao. I just thought that was gold! Directed by Kayne West.
